We have a training program designed by the Pros at our academy and is tailored to your level of experience or interests which would take place every day at the academy.

At our academy we design training exercise programs which would enable you to improve various aspects of the game such as fitness, reflexes and your overall game.

It must be understood that just like in any sport, the cricketers too need to follow a program that ensures they peak at certain stages of the year. It is vital for the cricketers to have a good joints mobility coupled with a strength , if these two are compromised on naturally there would be effects in the individuals’ skills and ultimately their performances too . Our training regime will ensure that these aspects are covered. It is very important that we bring about improvements in terms of physical conditioning. Alongside building a decent base of quality and fitness, the skills of the game ought to be dealt with, preferably as a team keeping in mind the end goal to create a more elevated amount of combined skills, as cricket is a game that is played in three structures, batting, bowling and fielding.

A Batsman should have the strength and fitness to stay at the crease as long as possible and make their each shot count. We build a strong core, abdominal strength and the ability to generate tremendous amount of power in their upper body.

As a fielder, it is expected of them to be proactive and react to the ball as soon as it is hit. He is expected to get to the ball, field, and throw the ball back. They are expected to do this for hours. The primary skills needed for this are speed, movement and Agility.

we all know wicket keepers as a specialist fielding position behind the batsman. A keeper should be practicing as much as a batsman or a bowler in club cricket but there is an notion that they don’t do it in that level . We provide specialized training for keepers too.

We might think of Cricket as a game that requires very less training , but then Cricket does present significant physical training challenges for athletes at the highest level and we at SHCA prepare you for that by training your anaerobic lactic and alactic processes.
